Here are my measurements from yesterday:
Weight: 182.4 pounds (kind of unfortunate as I was 175 last July)
Waist (at belly button level): 101 cm
My fitness plan for the coming week is:
- pack a lunch (with vegetables) at least twice
- stretch 6 times
- run 3 km or bicycle for 30 minutes
- walk for 300 minutes
